How does your laundry service work?

- Excessive Stain removal Pre-treat/post- treat – 20% additional (this is required when our Chief Spotter needs to spend extra time lifting tough stains from your garments and needs to use additional solvents and solutions)
- Rush delivery -20% additional
- Big & Tall – 20% additional (this is because it takes more time for our pressers to provide you with an expertly pressed garment)
- Special care service 50% additional (this is for all delicate fabrics that require special handling)
- Platinum Care – for haute couture and very expensive designer garments – 100% upcharge from the base price, your garments will be hand packaged and presented.
What kind of bag will my items be dropped off in?
We provide a trademarked Lime green, personalized laundry bag, for collection.
Do I need to separate my whites from dark clothing
Nope! Our team will take care of all of the sorting and clean them separately according to color.
Can I sign-up for regular weekly service
Absolutely. Subscribe to any of our monthly subscription plans and receive beautifully cleaned and folded laundry every week at a reduced rate.
