La Mer Dry Cleaners was established in 1989 and offers specialist haute couture and luxury brand dry cleaning, household bedlinen and alterations service to retail and corporate clients in the Greater Palm Beach area.
We’ve invested heavily in new eco-friendly technology and state-of-the-art cleaning and finishing equipment in the plant. Our packaging is also much-improved and upgraded. We are active members of the Dry Cleaning and Laundry Institute of America (DLI) based in Maryland and we are now recognized as a premier cleaner of high value and delicate fabrics by the DLI.
Starting in February 2017, we embarked on an ambitious plan to work more closely with the high end retail clothing boutiques on Worth Avenue using the motto: “Our customers are your customers.” And it’s worked. We are now the exclusive dry cleaner for many of the boutiques on Worth Avenue, with the list growing, as we are recognized by the Couture community as an experts in the cleaning and restoration of fine and imported fabrics as well as leathers and suede.
We also have an expert hand-finished bed-linen service that cannot be beat and we work with and have lots of experience with the top luxury bed-linen brands such as Frette, Sferra, Wamutta, Pratesi and many others.
Our home and office delivery service reaches as far North as Jupiter Island and as far South as Manalapan. We also deliver directly to your Yacht!

Platinum Care Program
For our customer’s most valued possessions, we offer a high quality cleaning, finishing and packaging program.
- Each garment is washed in an individual mesh wash bag alone in the dry cleaning machine (i.e., no intermingling with other clothes during the cleaning process).
- Each garment is hand-pressed with the highest form of detailing.
- Your garments are packaged with extra stuffing, including heavier tissue paper and foam cushioning (where applicable) to provide the garment more form while it’s on the hangar.
- Garments are finished in breathable zipper bags and with upgraded hangars to protect against the elements during storage and before use.
